Love and Abundance - Sue James and Caroline Churba

Biodanza Deepening Workshop

Rumi, the great Spiritual Teacher of Love was quoted as saying:

“Why are you so enchanted by the world, when a mine of Love & Gold lies within You”

“Only the Soul knows the essence of Love”

This workshop is for those who are open to Love, those who are willing to explore who they are as an abundant LOVING creative force.

In a world of chaos and disconnection, taking an honest, body based approach to what blocks us from our abundance and our loving is a gift.

When we can be loving in all conditions and always hear our own needs, wants and desires, we are able to hear the same for others.

If we act from an open heart-centred space and can be completely responsible for what we create in each moment, we are on the pathway of Love and Abundance and our soul has taken dominion.

Biodanza is for those who can hear life’s symphony in all its glory and are willing to take a deeply rewarding journey through movement, emotion, exploration with the medium of music and with human contact.

We all have a story of Love and abundance, which could have been joyful or painful. However, one thing is certain, we have survived it all. We went for it and we are wearing our scars with pride.

Rolando Toro used to say:

“ Who has not been hurt by love”?

We invite you to come along and dance with the spirit of Love and abundance.

Rescuing Christmas - A Biodanza gift for the festive period

We have come to drag you out of yourself and take you in our hearts. We have come to bring out the beauty you never knew you had, and lift you like a prayer to the sky. If no one recognises you We do.
— Rumi

Wise words from the poet Rumi, who, like most of the mystical teachers said that we can lift ourselves and each other in life. We can raise the vibration of our communities and make a difference by being present, but it takes commitment, not just to ourselves, but to all that exists in life.

In this workshop we will:

Investigate through the archetype of ‘The Christ’ how we can truly create gifts of ourselves that are tender, sweet, full of integrity and warmth, yet strong and vital.

We can play with ways of giving that avoid consumerism. Let us be the gift as our hearts open and we rescue Christmas for ourselves and those we love.

We will celebrate 2019 and all that has happened in our year, bringing this to closure. We will create the space for the new year with a blank canvass.

Be the change you wish to see in the world
— Ghandi

Harvesting Love - Biodanza Workshop

  • The Place, 17 Duke's Road London, WC1H 9PY United Kindom (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

With the disappearance of the sun, there is less light in the northern hemisphere so therefore it is important to be able to tap into the ever internal sun that is always shining within us.

Our personal inner sun can be accessed at any time once we have a way to receive it

This is this the time of year for harvesting. Where we are able to gather all we have in terms of what we have sown and bring everything to our store for the winter. We will be joined by Michelle who will do some drumming and Kirtan and we can celebrate our connection.

harvesting Love.jpg

What have you sown?

What will you be harvesting in your life? If you had one thing in your life you wished for, what would it be?

This workshop is designed to explore our outer and inner world through movement, music and connection. When we ask people what is most important to them, happiness and love are the greatest responses.

Join us as we discover our own exquisite human potential through a beautiful group connection.

Price is £20 and is limited to 25 people so please book early to ensure your spot.

Embodied Archetypes - Biodanza Workshop 24th August 2019 studio 5

An Archetypal Journey with Carolina Churba-Doyle and Sue James

Transformation happens when we find the courage to move beyond our cultural limits, when we connect back to the primordial self, our origins, roots and to times prior to our educational and cultural conditioning.

It is well documented that some of the ancient teachers, both East and West suggest our introduction to language and schooling has removed most, if not all of our basic natural instincts including our connection to nature.

Rolando Toro said the essential definition of intelligence would be “The ability to establish effective connections with life, and to relate personal identity to the identity of the Universe”.

This holistic approach helps us to see ourselves as ‘at one with all that is’. The only world he wished to see was one where all humans had access not only to the basic essentials for living like a roof over our heads, food on our plate, clothes on our body, but also the access to love.

This workshop, will generate a deep process of connection and transformation, not just to each other, but to all of existence.

Woman's Full Moon Biodanza Workshop (temple)

Full Moon Biodanza London

You are warmly invited to dance with us under the power of the Full Moon in Scorpio.

Go with the flow and let go!

May’s full moon is a Scorpio Moon and all about emotions. Scorpio is ruled by the planet Pluto, which, governs death and rebirth, as well as our guttural, animalistic urges so it’s the perfect time to go with the flow and let go.

Each month the full moon energy gives us the opportunity to shine a light on where we are in our lives. It illuminates what is most active within us, be it pride, joy, sorrow or sadness.

The celestial energies support us in our understanding and perception.

As well as the powerful full moon energy we will call in and utilise the elements of Earth, Fire, Air and Water to further support us in our movement expression and understanding of both our inner and outer worlds.

Time to be with yourself and other women in sacred space

This is an opportunity to allow yourself to some sacred time in a space dedicated to women and the feminine. Allow yourself to explore your emotions, feelings and understanding through movement and dance in the container of sacred space.

Participate in a most beautiful cleansing ritual using sage which has proven cleansing properties and rose which honours the Divine Feminine and helps us to access the Goddess within.

I have a flourishing weekly Biodanza class in Berkhamsted which brings enriched connection to my local community and my own life.

I found Rolando Toro's system of human integration, transformation and vivencial rehabilitation truly wonderful. I took my Biodanza training slowly but have now been practicing and teaching for many years. It still deeply inspires and moves me.

Of the many applications and extensions of Biodanza I have developed specialisms in: The Minotaur project; The 4 Elements; Neo Shamanism and Biodanza and The Heart of the Transformation. I have also worked with children.

I have 2 grown up children and work as a reflexologist.

The Path Of Love - Sue James & Carolina Churba-Doyle

Shake London | Biodanza | Love.jpg

Biodanza Deepening Workshop

Shams of Tabriz ( Rumi’s Spiritual Teacher) was quoted as saying:

When Love comes to us, it is like a stone hurled into the tranquil pond of life and if we are lucky, we are unable to resist its call, and sometimes, whether we like it or not, Love consumes us.

This workshop is for those who sometimes hear the call of Love, who can hear life’s symphony in all its glory and are willing to take a deeply rewarding journey through movement, emotion, exploration with the medium of music and with human contact.

The path to the truth of the body is most certainly a labour of the heart and not the mind, during our sessions we will be guided by our body and our hearts.

We all have a story of Love, which could have been joyful or painful. However, one thing is certain, we have survived. We went for it and we are wearing our scars with pride. Who has not been hurt by love? We invite you to come along and dance with the Language of Love.

There will be two Vivencia’s with a bring and share lunch.

Workshop starts at 2.00 pm until 7 pm.

Cost:
Full Priced ticket £45
Concession Ticket £35
