Embody new ways of relating, experience profound inner and outer connections to the natural world, ourselves and to others. Creating, love, intimacy, friendship and fraternity.

A practice that releases the body, helps us to drop the masks worn and completely pulls the plug on the stress and strain of every day life, through an embodiment practice that lifts and unites us.

Our body is designed to move and during a journey into movement we can allow ourself to be present to what is, without judging or assessing, just living each moment as it comes and trusting that all is well in our world.

The body is one of the most intelligent systems on earth, it never lies, it speaks of who we are.

The practices we all teach here will help you to hear and acknowledge your bodies wise counsel.

Your body will love you for it!

Even if you have never attend a class or come to one of the events, I recommend you: dance in the garden, kitchen, or bedroom. Raise the roof with some music and let your body and your voice do the rest of the work.

When we give in to the movement of our own body, we are able to let go of our mind. Biodanza helps you to do this through regular classes, workshops and on-line offerings.
