The old saying is that we reap what we sow, and if this is true, how about we start sowing seeds for a life we love, that is honest, a life of trust, expression, fulfilment and connection.

We will explore "truth and trust" in this creative workshop, looking at how to use boundaries. Through the medium of our body, and the body of the group we shall dance the truth of who we are.  Harmony is created through our ability to be with what is so, and as always the truth will set us free.  This is safe place to find your own levels of truth,  your level of honesty.  We can create what we really would like to experience in our lives, and reap the fabulous harvest we have sown.
